Our patient portal offers the ability to have secure communication with the PGOMG physician and staff team. We realize that your important questions and concerns don’t always come to mind during our office hours, and that it’s so much more convenient to complete needed tasks like scheduling an appointment with your provider on your time.

This is a highly efficient way of contacting PGOMG on your schedule, whether it’s early morning before we open or long after we’ve closed for the day.
You can access your medical and insurance information 24 hours a day.
If you ever have a question about your medical history with PGOMG or your insurance information, you can find both in our patient portal. This includes lab results from any tests or screenings you’ve undergone with PGOMG. The FollowMyHealth portal provides an update to date health summary, a “to-do” list for anyone in need of screening or medication(s), as well as an app center that offers customized charts based on your health during your time with PGOMG.
